In celebration of Matariki, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated dining experience with dishes representing the stars of Matariki, honouring the themes, traditions, and meanings woven through te ao Māori.
Guests will also experience waiata, reflection, and celebration as we come together to acknowledge the Māori New Year. This special event showcases the creativity, skill, and heart of our rangatahi as they guide guests on a meaningful journey through kai, connection, and culture.
