The countdown is officially on! Just over a week to go until our Waihi College athletes take on AIMS Games 2026, running from Sunday 6 September – Friday 11 September.
AIMS Games is the pinnacle event for athletes in this age group, bringing together more than 463 schools Nationally and Internationally. Our teams and individual athletes have been working incredibly hard and have enjoyed some fantastic campaigns and competitions in the lead-up.
A huge congratulations to all of our students selected to represent Waihi College for 2026 you have earned your place and we are incredibly proud of you!

Our Rugby Sevens and Netball teams will have one final hit-out at the Papamoa Pre-AIMS Tournament tomorrow at Blake Park. Good luck to our teams as they prepare for the big one!
