This week, we are delighted to welcome 15 students from Go Kiwi English Language School to our Waihi College community.
Over the next two weeks, these students will be experiencing life in Aotearoa, spending time in our classrooms, connecting with our students, and enjoying the unique culture and environment our school and wider community have to offer. It’s a wonderful opportunity for meaningful cultural exchange, new friendships, and shared learning.
During their stay, our visitors will also be living with local host families, giving them a genuine taste of Kiwi life. We extend our heartfelt thanks to those families for opening their homes and supporting this special experience. We hope our Japanese students feel the warmth of our community and leave with lasting memories of their time here. Welcome to Waihi College – we’re so glad to have you with us!
