Also, a reminder that Waihi College has an agreement with Pinnacle Midlands Health Network and the Waikato District Health Board to provide free nursing services on site.
Earlier this year a letter was sent home to outline the comprehensive health review for all consenting year 9 students. These assessments are carried out over the year as part of our contract with the DHB, with the aim of improving the health of our students so that they can come to school well and able to learn.
Your student / young person may or may not yet have had their health review completed by this stage, as they are assessed throughout the year.
Please note COVID-19 vaccinations ARE NOT offered on site and this health review does not include COVID-19 assessment or discuss COVID-19 vaccination.
